Russ extensive experience includes Executive Director of Puget Sound Area Adult and Teen Challenge, serving as senior pastor and as an executive director of a Bible camp. He has a BA in Biblical Literature, a Minor in Missions, and a Master's Degree in Ministry Leadership.
Russ and Jennifer have four adult children and two grandchildren. Jennifer is a Certified Nursing Assistant and a Medical Assistant. They enjoy motor cycles and the great outdoors.

Lori was called out of her marketing job in Iowa in order to serve the church. She moved to Washington to attend Northwest University and found Redmond Assembly of God. 23 years later she still loves this church family dearly. She enjoys all the time she can have with her husband and 2 teenagers and loves the outdoors .
